1.  Your Order

1.1    Your order is the purchase of goods against our sales contract, subject to our acceptance. You are entitled to withdraw your offer at any time up to the moment we accept it.

1.2   Once your order is accepted we will send you an email acknowledging/confirming receipt of your order. Or if an email is not sent a contract is made once the goods are despatched to you.

1.3   All goods are subject to availability

1.4    The Buyer shall be responsible for the accuracy of the item ordered

1.5    Any errors or omissions found in catalogues, flyers, websites or quotations or document from the seller shall be subject to correction at any time preceding the acceptance of the order from the buyer.

2.  Declining your Order

2.1   If your order is declined/cannot be meet or nay reason we will call or email you to inform you and provide the said reason. Orders cannot usually be accepted until we have received pre-payment in full including any delivery charges and VAT, unless you have a credit account with us of which the limit is yet to be reached. Declination of the order may also include goods no longer being available, not able to hold price product has changed, however alternatives will be offered where possible.

3.  Description of Goods

3.1   The goods provided will be the make and model as specified on the web page, catalogue or flyer at time of order. However, we cannot be responsible for any dissimilarities between our description and the manufacturers specification. This includes minor modifications/changes, colours and design features and the item cannot be rejected on these terms. Images are for illustration purchases only. The seller reserves the right to change the specific if required as long quality and performance of goods is not affected.

4.  Price, Charges and VAT

4.1   The price of goods shall be as per the website, catalogue, contract, quotation or order as provided by the seller. The seller may increase the price prior to delivery and give notice to the buyer if the increase is dictated by market forces and reasons beyond the sellers control.

4.3  The Seller may from time to time make changes in the specification of the Goods which are required to comply with any applicable safety or statutory requirements or which do not materially affect the quality of fitness for purpose of the Goods.

4.4   All terms, conditions and warranties (whether implied or made expressly) whether by the Seller or its servants or agents or otherwise (other than those express warranties set out in the current edition of the Seller’s specification) relating to the quality and/or fitness for purpose of the goods or any of the Goods are excluded.

4.5   Subject to clause 4.4 the Sellers liability to the Buyer shall not in any event exceed the Price and further the Seller shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss suffered by the Buyer.

5.  Terms of Payment

5.1  Credit account

5.1.1   The buyer will require to pay the price in full with 30 days of invoice. If the buyer does not have a credit account set up, payment will be required at time of order.

5.1.2   The seller will invoice the buyer all for sums incurred after the seller either notified the buyer goods or ready for collection or once the goods have been despatched.

5.2∇ Methods of Payment

5.2.1   We accept Mastercard and Visa and cash payments for buyers without credit accounts. If credit terms have been agreed, we also accept payment cheque and bank transfer. If payment is sent by post the buyer takes the risk of any failures to arrive to the seller. If your payment cannot be authorised/cleared for any reason we shall advise as soon as possible.

6.  Delivery

6.1    Delivery will be made by the seller to the delivery address provided by the buyer on either the web page, or through other channels of ordering. Please note we only deliver the United Kingdom. If delivery charges are applicable the seller shall notify the buyer.

6.2   Delivery is to be made between Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays within working hours – 8.30am to 5pm. Lead times quoted are subject to change and are referred to as working days. If a bank holiday falls within the delivery period, please allow up to an extra 2 working days. Where stock allows, we endeavour to delivery your items next working day unless otherwise advised. A signature from the buyer shall be required upon receipt of the goods. Any shortages or damages are to be highlighted at time of acceptance of delivery, or within up to two working days.

6.3  The seller is entitled to deliver goods in instalments and can treat each delivery as part of a separate invoice. The seller shall not liable be liable in any way for losses, damages or expenses suffered by the buyer due to delay or any failure of delivery.

7.  Returns and Cancelations

7.1    Goods cannot be returned unless agreed by the seller, and shall be subject to the returns policy within 10 workings from receipt of the goods. The seller reserves the right to charge a stocking fee if applicable of up to 25 per cent of the goods total value.

7.2   Any goods must be returned unused and unopened – fit for resale, unless damaged or faulty on arrival.

7.3  If the above terms are met a credit will be issued within 30 days of receipt of the goods.

7.4  You will be unable to cancel orders for the following reason –

a)  If the products are made to the buyers specifications, or personalised items

b)  If the items have been used/opened and are no longer in their original state fit for resale.

c)  The goods are software, audio or video products and their seals have been removed

d)  If you are unable to return the goods/part of the item for any reason

e)  You sell, hire or lend the goods to another person

f)  The goods are classified as food and drink

g)  The item maybe a special purchase and has been advised as non-returnable at time of order

8.  Warranty

Any warranty to goods is in line with the said Manufacturers Terms – the Seller is not the Manufacturer of the goods. The seller will send through to the buyer any warranties of the goods to proceed. 9.  Insolvency of the Buyer

9.1    Should the buyer become insolvent or an administration order is released, ceases trade, or goes into liquidation or similar events occur, then the seller is entitled to suspend deliveries and cancel contracts, payment of any goods delivered/outstanding will be immediately due.
